The MECHATROLINK Members Association (MMA) participated in the Motion Control Show 2008 in Seoul, Korea, held from October 8 to 10 (Wed. - Fri.), 2008.
Our exhibition featured the MECHATROLINK-Ⅲ, including demonstration and MECHATROLINK-Ⅱ compatible products of member companies. Customers have concerns about reliability in high speed communications and about system usability because of intervention functions, as well as about stability. We introduced and demonstrated MECHATROLINK-Ⅲ, focusing on the advantages of MECHATROLINK systems in these regards.
Roughly 10,000 people visited the exhibition over three days, and many of those visitors learned about the MECHATROLINK open network feature.
Fifteen new companies joined the MMA during the exhibition.
Visitors showed a great interest in MECHATROLINK-Ⅲ, and are looking forward to future developments.
